- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth- Manage company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized site performance, and strong conversion rates- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality- Work closely with Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge- Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or a similar role- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Compensation:
- Working location: Kaki Bukit Ave 1 (walking distance to MRT Ubi)- Working days: Monday - Friday (Flexi Working Hours)- Industry: Fashion Retail- 14 days annual leave (increase one day annually, maximum 20 days)- Birthday leave after confirmation- Benefits: Monthly incentives, AWS, performance bonus, insurance coverage, dental and medical benefits, complimentary company products, staff discounts, long service recognition, and annual company dinners
