Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd was founded with a vision to offer top salon quality products at affordable prices to heartlanders. Based in Singapore, we are the only sole distributor of our brands in the country, specialised in haircare, bath & bodycare, skincare and cosmetics. Our brands are specially curated and imported from various countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan and Japan.

Since our establishment in 1993, we have supplied to over 66 retails & salons in Singapore. In 2017, we decided to jump on the bandwagon and go digital. We started our e-commerce website, where our clients and customers are able to access our products easily. We gradually expanded our product accessibility to various online marketplaces - Qoo10, Shopee , Lazada, Amazon, Fairprice Online.



Responsibilities

• In charge of all online marketplaces - Silken Website, Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Foodpanda, Fairprice Online
• Independent in carrying out daily e-commerce operations - printing invoices, packing orders and arranging delivery pick-ups. This includes local and overseas international orders.
• This role also includes and not limited to updating of webpages, taking photos & uploading new products\' information across all e-commerce platforms, tracking of stock levels, managing online e-commerce chats, reviews & email enquiries from local and international customers.
• Maintain and coordinate communications with relevant external vendors/agencies/content creators where applicableManage engaging content creative and copywriting to retain loyal customers through EDMs, social media accounts and blog post.
• Assist in marketing planning, conceptualising & executions of online sales promotions, general sales administrative work and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Singaporean
• Has basic knowledge about personal care and beauty cosmetics products
• Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and take ownership of allocated tasks.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.Strong interest in beauty and personal care industry
• Basic WordPress knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Microsoft, Powerpoint.Knowledge of Video Editing, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe software preferred.
• Any related discipline is welcome to apply.
• No experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Able to start work immediately is preferred.

Location & Work Hours:

• Lower Delta Road (Mapletree Industrial Building)
• Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays Off
