Primary responsibility will be to manage the merchandising activities within the Singapore Off-Trade in order to make sure Concha y Toro brands are well distributed, well positioned and well stock Primary responsibility will be to manage the merchandising activities within the Singapore Off-Trade in order to make sure Concha y Toro brands are well distributed, well positioned and well stocked. You will also manage the sales of a number of retail accounts as well as SEA distributors - targeting sales YoY sales & profit growth. Management of merchandising team and activities within Singapore to make sure our products are well stocked and positioned within store. Build and manage strong relationship with a number of Singapore retail accounts to drive growth through the off-trade channel. Full P&L responsibility for a number of South East Asia distributors with the objective to review business and build growth plans together to ensure Business Plan is delivered as agreed. Run the weekly sales meeting and bi-weekly marketing meeting to align on forecasts, upcoming activity. Lead the e-commerce strategy for Singapore and develop the channel to become the most distributed and active winery online. Work with the marketing team to develop activity plans to grow Concha y Toro's presence within the off-trade. Own the process for Brand distribution tracking within Singapore to review our brands total distribution within the market.
