Job Description

You will be responsible for these areas: Order fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce platform operations, inventory, warehousing and customer service. You will play a key role in the customer experience by going the extra mile and building meaningful relationships with our community by delivering great exceptional service experiences. You are expected to be meticulous, organised, reliable, proactive and one who does not mind getting your hands dirty to get the job done.Main Responsibilities:

• Fulfilment of online orders with accuracy, quality checks and within agreed time frame
• Customer Service management such as daily customer enquiries
• Handling returns, exchanges & refunds
• Responsible for Inventory and logistics management such as inventory system, warehousing of physical stocks and assets,
• Responsible for physical stocks movement such as retail stores' replenishments, withdrawals and ensuring accuracy at all times
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and tidiness
• E-commerce System and Product Management
• Other ad-hoc duties and assignments required by management

Requirements:

• Related experience will be preferred but not required
• Comfortable with physical work
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Operate with a sense of urgency, takes initiatives and has strong attention to details
• A reliable team player who can work independently and proactively with a can-do attitude
• Good verbal and written English
• Have a can do attitude and enjoy being challenged beyond the scope of work
• 5-day work week

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus
