We are looking for a

E-Commerce QA Associate

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The E-commerce QA Associate will execute the quality assurance (to prevent issues) and quality control (to identify and correct issues) standards and processes to ensure that our online stores are created with the highest level of quality. Once the stores are built, the associate is also responsible for doing the quality control to ensure that the store was built per the design specifications (i.e. correct layout with the correct banners uploaded, products are uploaded with the correct information) and all functionalities are working correctly (i.e. promotions and discounts are being applied, checkout works properly).

Job Responsibilities

• Reports any inaccuracies found to the appropriate stakeholder for rectification
• Interpret and comply with quality assurance standards
• Performs routine inspections and quality assurance check
• Ensures that all standard operating procedures are being followed and maintained
• Ensures that all quality assurance activities are documented.
• Helps Channel Operator to maintain the client’s store on all platforms
• Work closely with Channel Operators to ensure that campaigns are all accurately enrolled
• Work closely with Channel Operators to ensure that PIF templates are correctly filled out with complete data
• Ensures that campaigns and product listings meet required specifications prior to enrollment
• Monitors the Channel Operators performance
• Assist, as needed, in other functional areas of the project including training
• Understand, investigate, and solve complaints; particularly when multiple departments or teams are involved
• Provides support in brainstorming, planning, testing, and execution for continuous improvement of QA processes
• Review stakeholder feedbacks
• Perform other duties as assigned

After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier e-commerce player, consulting companies and/or in start-ups Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector in the region is impressive as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.
