Job Description

Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm / Fridays 9am to 6pm / Saturdays 9am-1pm (alternate Saturday off)

Working days: 5.5days with alternate Saturday off; between as eComm Personnel, to be stand by to back up colleague & rotation for Sunday eComm duties. (Have to fulfil REDMART orders on Sundays)


Responsibilities and Duties: To develop and grow e-commerce business.

• Responsible for product listing and promotion campaign creation on various online platforms.

• Execute and coordinate day to day operations and order fulfilment

• Monitor and maintain online platforms\xe2\x80\x99 inventory status to optimise sales and customer\xe2\x80\x99s shopping experience

• Work closely with platforms\xe2\x80\x99 managers to maximize exposure and awareness through campaign creations, postings, write ups, boosting, etc to promote site traffic & patronage

• Generate performance reports and analyse data to continuously improve sales strategies.

• Manage and handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  

Requirements:

• A self-driven, enthusiastic individual with keen interest in e-commerce.

• Creative, result-oriented and can work independently

• Articulate in both written and spoken English

• Read and speak mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates

• Strong inter-personal and communications skills

• Candidate must possess at least A level or Diploma qualification in any field

• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar portfolio

• Good Proficiency in MS Office a prerequisite. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe will be an advantage.
