Job Description

E-commerce Staff Responsibilities:

• Supporting the E-commerce manager and E-commerce team with project organization.
• Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
• Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys.
• Monitoring google ads and analytics and maximizing SEO marketing.
• Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages like FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM.
• Managing campaign/seller center with different online platforms.
• Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
• Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
• Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.
• Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
• Building strong relationships with customers.

E-commerce Staff Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in Campaign/Seller Center Management with different online selling platforms such as SHOPEE and LAZADA.
• Preferably with knowledge on Social Media and Google Ads Analytics/ SEO Marketing
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
• Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of office management.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.

Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
