• Mange and lead the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Team2
• Ensure coordination between Project Team and Contractor3.
• Ensure ECI Team disseminate necessary documents and responds to the respective team, division, group promptly
• Provide technical supports to the various department, preparation of quality plans, scheme programs, estimates, contract documents, bid assessment and clarification and during negotiation with regards to design and best practices
• Provide technical support to the project management and contract manager in resolving contract dispute
• Adhere to quality process and document control procedure
• Facilitate liaison between ECI Team with Consultants and Contractors and vendors
• Monitor the flow and status of information and services between involved parties
• Prepare reports, letters, project narratives, presentation, and project updates
• Provide assistance to various division on technical and project integration
• Notify project team of any difficulties and concerns that may adversely impact the project

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years' combined experience in the design and implementation of EDMS like Aconex, Assai, or similar document control software for design and construction projects
• Experience in project engineering, project management or project information management
• Having worked with different project stakeholders to manage interfaces
• Proven knowledge in EDMS and other relevant IT System

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good coordination skills and a team player
• Strong analytical and problem solving-skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
