Assist on pre and post-course preparation and administration
Ensure smooth operation of courses
Prepare necessary materials and logistics for all education courses
Constant update on courses status including confirmation and cancellation
In-charge liaising with vendors on printing and preparing of course materials
Workshop certificate printing and preparation
Student pass application and renewable
Support SSG funding and assessment administration process
Arrange exam time slots for students
Constant update on course and exam information to students
Any other courses administration as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in any discipline
At least 1 - 2 years of administration working experience
Prior working experience in education sector is an added advantage
