Job Description

• Working with Business Leader to develop and manage company EHS management system in accordance with Corperation requirements, ISO14001 and 45001 standards.
• Plan, implement and conducts EHS Committee meetings with Operation EHS representatives to drive EHS programs.
• Planning and implementation of EHS audits and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluating performances, identifying corrective actions and implement follow-up assessments.
• Collaboration with management to develop Emergency Action Plan and services as primary contact for incident notification, investigation and case management.
• Develop risk management plans and risk controls in alignment with the organization\'s risk management framework.
• Plan and implement EHS awareness and promotion events.
• Manage the maintenance of the buildings facilities and building services.
• Develop maintenance plans and schedules for inspection, testing, repair and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Inspection of facilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all facility equipment.
• Managing of maintenance budget and overseeing of security within the property.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Facility Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in Facility Management.
• Prior experience within the Aerospace industry with knowledge in airworthiness will be advantageous.
• Conversant with Singapore regulations (WSH / NEA / SCDF Act), ISO 9001:2015 / 14001 / 45001 / AS9100 standards).
• Candidates with WSHO certifications will be advantageous.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in working within the Seletar area.
