Responsibilities: Design and develop automotive products (Display solution products) from customer's requirement analysis, electrical architecture creation, circuit and problem analysis till mass production Conduct design reviews, measurements, worst case analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) during development phase Effectively manage and allocate resources to meet customer and project's schedule, cost and quality targets Coordinate and communicate closely with Inter-disciplines / departments to ensure smooth development and deliverables Manage change requests to ensure all changes made are accounted for Responsible to give timely and clear feedback/reports to Management - both locally and globally on the status of the electrical project, such as R&D spending, project milestones and etc Assist in coaching and supervising team member to improve team's efficiency and development Job Requirements Minimum a Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering At least 5 years of experiences in the Automotive or Product Development environment Strong technical knowledge and experience in analogue/digital electronic design Knowledge and experience in FMEA, EMC requirements/measurements/optimization, electronic circuit analysis tools and Circuit Design Capture tools Possessed project management experiences in the electrical area Experience in development on automotive or Display products will be ideal Japanese language skills as an advantage as incumbent is required to liaise with counterparts and customer from countries like Japan Travelling overseas will be required for this position If you possess above relevant skillsets, please send in your updated CV in word format to [HIDDEN TEXT] Lim Pey Chyi (Apple) Recruitment Consultant (R2090579) Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd EA Licence: 02C3423
