Design, review, and coordinate electrical systems for HDB projects, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and data/communication systems.
Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals in compliance with HDB and BCA standards.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, M&E teams, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
Monitor and manage electrical project progress, schedules, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site teams.
Requirements / Must-Have:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, specifically on HDB projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical design codes, BCA guidelines, and HDB regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
