About the Roles

We are looking for a

Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Construction Projects)

to join a main contractor based in the Central region, working at designated project sites. This is a

permanent position

with a 5.5-day work week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am-12:30pm). The role offers an attractive package including

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate and manage all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works on site. Supervise day-to-day M&E activities to ensure smooth operations. Ensure M&E works are completed on time, within budget, and in line with safety standards, codes, and regulations. Handle on-site engineering and technical issues, including quality control checks. Monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications. Review and align M&E drawings and designs with project requirements. Provide technical clarifications based on project specifications. Prepare and submit structural penetration shop drawings for approval. Develop and maintain M&E coordination drawings, and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for approvals. Keep accurate records of M&E drawings and project documentation. Attend site and technical meetings with consultants. Oversee systems such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and other related works. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years' experience in M&E coordination and supervision. Solid knowledge of ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems. Ability to interpret and prepare M&E drawings with accuracy. Previous experience working with a main contractor is required.
