Job Description

E&I EngineerWorking location : Jurong Island ( Transport pick up : Jurong East )
Work hours : 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary range : $5500 - $6500 (Depending on experience)The E&I engineer will report to Senior Technical Manager and has the responsibility to perform the following duties:

• Lead, manage, supervise and control of Company\'s in-house and external Contractors for all electrical & instrumentation maintenance works related to planning & execution of: (a) daily maintenance including facility E & I related maintenance [preventive, corrective, & emergency maintenance], (b) grade change maintenance, (c) shutdown maintenance and (d) upgrading and improvement related to maintenance (e) simple modification work for improvement.
• Establish, continually improve & implement safe, efficient and effective preventive / predictive maintenance programs, procedures to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
• Manage & maintain reliable and accurate asset maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.
• Conduct trouble shooting and root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects and to take effective corrective & preventive measures to sustain and improve equipment performance integrity & reliability.
• Optimize & manage E&I maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts, consumables, tools to ensure relevant parts always available on time, on spec and on quantity.
• Arrange periodically for calibration of critical process instruments and maintain updated & accurate records for all calibration carried out.
• Ensure all E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company\'s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System and best industry maintenance practices.
• Order equipment, materials, supplies, parts & services required by maintenance or projects, etc.

Requirements:

• Obtained knowledge through diploma/degree in electronics/ electrical engineering
• Having min 3-5 years of industrial experience in maintenance planning and execution of process plant/manufacturing plant (instrumentation, electrical power such as switch gear, MCC, motor)
• Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module
• Able to commit to 24 hrs standby in case of plant trouble
