Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects. Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement surveys to ensure accurate project costing. Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports and forecasts to management. Analyse and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements. Manage procurement processes including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive prices and timely deliveries. Ensure procurement complies with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to coordinate purchasing and cost control activities. Track and maintain records of purchases, orders, and deliveries to ensure project schedules are met. Assist in resolving any procurement or contract issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Support contract administration including preparation and review of contracts, variations, and claims. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and supply chain developments relevant to construction materials and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Min 3 years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience for the electrical project in singapore. Able to work independently., know well for tender platform such as gebiz Proficient in MS office applications AutoCad * Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
