Responsibility * Manage construction activities and progress independently * Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements * Develop the project management system for Responsibility Manage construction activities and progress independently Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements Develop the project management system for M&E works and template for testing & commissioning Evaluate and advise on appropriate M&E engineering design to meet project objectives, requirements, and budget Assist to develop and implement operating procedures and cost control initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance and operating cost To support Safety Department by ensuring subcontractors are complying to safety procedures and requirements Participate and support electrical, IT networking materials procurement and delivery schedule with procurement and logistics team Responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown, maintenance, fault investigation, isolation, and rectification of Electrical equipment in the plant area as designated by the Asset Lead. Oversee all maintenance activities of Principal/Senior Technical Officers, Technical Officers, and Technicians.
