• Ensure all electromechanical parts of the equipment are in good working conditions

• Perform preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance
• Management and optimization of electromechanical spare parts and tools
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve issue
• Compliance to Workplace Safety, Health & Environment Support Manufacturing team on maintenance & engineering issues
• Support proactive Maintenance, Engineering and reliability issues

Accountabilities

• Implement daily electrical / mechanical inspections and records ensure equipment compliance with QHSE legal requirements
• Implement Preventive Maintenance plan till completion.
• Complete mechanical repair timely according to site procedures and production priorities
• Analyse the equipment breakdown root causes analysis and corrective actions

• Ensure to maintain updated documentation (procedures, plans, work orders, permit to work, Lock-Out-Tag-Out, Risk Assessment and P&ID).
• Responsible for external electromechanical / construction contractors who work in the plant
• Ensure safe coordination and execution of all preventive maintenance or corrective activities performed by external contractor strictly following Syngenta QHSE guideline and policies.
• Review and update maintenance records in compliance with Syngenta requirements.
• Ensure mechanical P&IDs, as built drawings and technical documentations are systematically

• and periodically updated.
• Participate in CAPEX project related activities and coordinate electromechanical related works
• with appointed contractors.
• Prepare , Implement & Adhere to Management of Change procedure.
• Participate in the setup of maintenance system

• Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools for cost optimization
• Coordinate and execute OPEX and CAPEX expenditure timely.
• Maintain a clean work environment for 5S compliance and best practices.
• Achieve Syngenta Health, Safety & Environment, and Quality standards (e.g.: ISO) and manage associated risks.
• Contribute towards the site's achievement of Syngenta's Health, Safety & Environment and Quality standards including ISOs. This involves a sound understanding of the QHSE Management systems.

• Demonstrate commitment towards QHSE through careful and consistent application of Syngenta's codes of practice and procedures, and maintaining of auditable records for the engineering function

Requirements

• Diploma level or relevant experience in the related engineering field
• Experience in equipment maintenance/engineering in the manufacturing industry
• Understanding of Manufacturing Industry Standards
• At least 2 years of experience in Electromechanical Repair & Maintenance
• Able to read and communicate in English

• Good communication skill and positive learning attitude

• Negotiation Skills
