Beauty Advisor (cosmetics/ Skincare)
Job Description
:
- Attend to all walk-in customers, handles all customers enquiries with excellent customer service.
- Promote and advice beauty products to customers.
- Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Build relationship with customers after sales.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of “N” levels or at least a year of retail experience.
- Must be able to commit to retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Good team player, driven, service-oriented, ability to multitask and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Sales driven and result oriented.
- Passionate and good knowledge about beauty and service industry.
- Relevant makeup artistry and beauty retail experience is preferred.
