The Regional Fragrance & Beauty (FBP) division is looking for an E-Merchandising Webmaster, whose role is to ensure an optimized digital shopping experience by executing campaign launches across the APAC region through content & assets management on Chanel.com. This role will require working across multiple APAC markets alongside Chanel Global teams to coordinate the sites' localization. The impact you can create at CHANEL Execute timely site changes for market localization requests (e.g., localized assets, content) based on the Regional FBP's marketing campaign calendar for APAC markets, and regularly review Execute content changes on Chanel.com across multiple APAC websites and languages based on agreed service level agreements, with escalations to Global FBP where necessary Lead continual refinement of regional service level agreements Maintain regular communications with global publishing team & markets stakeholders to ensure successful & quality campaign deliveries Regularly monitor websites across APAC markets to ensure full operationality across all webpages & features Identify, consolidate, and prioritize website & performance bugs, and coordinate bug resolution with the relevant teams Review site analytics to inform regional decisions on optimization of website (e.g., local animation, PDP cross-sell, menu editorial) Support campaign launch by testing all FBP moodboards and product grids, consolidate and report issues while anticipating roadblocks ahead of launch You are energized by The values the team can play in being the strategic voice and influence in driving eCommerce campaigns for CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty division Being a true partner to the business stakeholders across the organization, building relationships, and influencing in a highly collaborative, matrixed and multicultural environment Being a catalyst of change initiatives, specializing in successful campaign launches and optimal website experience for eCom clients An environment that advocates listening, co-creation, inclusiveness, user-centricity and agility in designing holistic solutions People leadership of engaging, empowering, and developing the team to be at their best A workplace where we provide you opportunities to drive values in areas where you are good at and support you to be at your best What you can bring to the team 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce website operations, content management, campaign activation, or in a similar role Excellent written and spoken English skills, strong proficiency in either Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus Strong motivation to drive positive brand experiences on Chanel.com by proactively ensuring smooth site operations and share best practices from the region Ability to anticipate expectations and pain-points in the e-commerce user journey for customers use a human-centric approach to solve them. Strong project and people management skills to ensure all requests are recognized and prioritized for optimal customer experience & business impact Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound decision-making and good judgment in the face of ambiguity Flexible and positive mindset to embrace changes and agility to adapt Empathy and excellent communication skills to communicate effectively and maintain good relationships with business stakeholders across various APAC markets Ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
