Job Description


Reporting to Regional Manager, Performance & Rewards, this position will handle the full spectrum of operational HR activities including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System and Mobility (Outbound), as well as Regional HR Business Partnering role with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR initiatives and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Company insurance and flexible benefits schemes and employee queries on these schemes for Singapore affiliates and work closely with service providers to provide effective operational and service delivery
  • Support the review and implementation of Compensation and Benefits programs including conducting job analysis and evaluation, participating in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises and supporting policy review and administration
  • Ensure Compensation & Benefits practices comply with legislation and internal HR policies
  • Manage the Performance Management System for Singapore affiliates including the online appraisal system, policy and administration
  • Provide administrative support and address queries related to Overseas assignment for outbound local employees to the host countries
  • Review and make appropriate recommendations for improving the process workflow and administration for Mobility outbound activities and updating the Overseas Assignment policies
  • Support implementation of Global HR Management and Regional HR initiatives in Asia Pacific (AP) region excluding Singapore
  • Support design and implementation of effective HR Management systems for AP affiliates
  • Assist in implementing effective measures in talent attraction, development and retention for AP affiliates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related discipline with 5 to 7 years of relevant Compensation & Benefits working experience
  • Knowledgeable in local employment laws
  • Exposure to ASEAN HR trends and labour regulations will be an added advantage
  • Analytical, meticulous and resourceful
  • Highly self-motivated team player and able to work independently
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Overseas travelling is required
