JR28665 Emergency Response Team / ERT Professional
EHS部門のERT Professionalの主な機能としては、予測外の緊急事態に備えて準備、対応することである。事象の種類には、緊急医療対応、化学物質関連事象、火災警報などが含まれます。
ERT Professionalは、事象による社員、環境、資産、プロセスへの影響を軽減するために、対応手順に従い、安全に対応します。また、事象調査、安全関連の日常点検、装置のメンテナンス、その他EHS業務など緊急事態以外の活動も行います。
責任
- 緊急事態への対応および危険の緩和
- 緊急医療対応および援助
- 事象後の復旧作業をサポート
- 報告された安全上の懸念を調査
- サイト内の日常安全点検と点検結果レポート
- 作業許可申請の対応
- エリアまたは装置の除染作業を実施
- 緊急対応設備の清掃、点検、維持
- サイト固有の危険、対応手順、装置、トレーニングに関する知識習得と維持
- 関係トレーニングへの参加および社員への展開
- 事象の状況、対応記録をシステムへ入力
- 救急医療対応時の緊急度・重症度の判断
- 対応後、救急医学的見地に基づく事後検証の実施
- 各種ERTトレーニングのLeading
- 救急医学的見地を要する助言
- 救急救命士として2年以上の実務経験（消防・自衛隊・海上保安庁・医療機関など）
- 救急救命士
- 夜間、週末、休日を含む12時間シフト勤務可能なこと
- 必要に応じて残業可能なこと
- 日本語が流暢に話せること
- ストレスの高い状況で、冷静に活動を指示できる能力
- 必要な技術的トレーニングをパスし、維持できる能力
- チームの一員として機能
- Microsoft Officeに精通 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- コミュニケーション力が高いこと
- 高所での作業が可能なこと
