Work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders to customise employee engagement marketing strategies that are aligned with employer branding objectives.
Devise marketing campaigns for new or evolved employee programmes with measurable impact through digital and non-digital marketing channels.
Focus on promoting learning and development, wellbeing, employee mobility and sustainability.
Collaborate with branding and communications in positioning OCBC as the employer of choice to external media outlets.
Execute strategies for physical, online or hybrid events and conferences.
Produce compelling outreach messaging, emails, marketing content, print materials / digital media content in partnership with agencies and internal shared services team.
Develop and identify partnership opportunities to position OCBC as a learning organisation at international/regional conferences with the aim of highlighting achievements, growth and impact in research, and innovation in corporate learning.
Comfortable with data and able to produce marketing insights for senior management reporting and decision making.
Build and develop a team and provide mentorship and appropriate feedback to improve and ensure high team morale.

Skills and experience required
Min 8 years related experience including devising and implementing inbound marketing strategies with good people management skills
Comfortable in strategizing and as well as being hands on
Outspoken and loves connecting with people
Highly organised with good project management skills
Able to make good decisions and work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in developing relations with local and overseas academia, industry, media, and other strategic organisations that supports adult/professional learning
