Drive new programs that employees care about such as wellness, welfare, volunteering Support onboarding programs of new hires. Drive continuous employee feedback through employee engagement/pulse surveys to gain insights and address targeted areas. Improve the overall employee experience through strong internal communications initiatives.Requirements: Bachelor degree and above. Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Good track record of driving talent acquisition programs in an in-house environment. Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
