As an Employee Relations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Global People Operations & HRBP community providing expertise in preventing and resolving workplace issues that interfere with our positive workplace environment and culture. In this position, you will use your experience and knowledge of applicable policies, regulations, and industry best practices to establish and follow appropriate protocol for employee relations issues and investigations. As a thought leader in this area of expertise, you will also have the opportunity to develop and deliver educational programs to create awareness and training and help create a workplace free from behavioral issues and distractions. You should be an innovative HR professional with a passion for coaching employees and managers and creating teams that work together and win together. You should be comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, have a proven ability at reading a situation and navigating sensitivities and finding creative solutions to people's issues. You are highly collaborative, truly valuing the contributions of your partners. Your Impact What you’ll get to do:

  • Educate, coach and guide leaders on our performance management and elevation efforts, while ensuring adherence to our philosophy and values –
  • Provide leaders with upstanding advice to elevate performance and capability across their teams and respective organizations
  • Participate in and conduct investigations on employee relations matters, manage conflicts and mediation and policy violations to evaluate and effectively address issues
  • Partner with HRBPs, Legal and other investigative parties as required to thoroughly conduct the investigation and reach the best outcomes for our organization and employees
  • Support the HR Operations on complex absence management and policy interpretation
  • Provide quarterly business reviews of case outcomes, trends and data analysis to relevant leaders
  • Act as an advocate for equitable and fair treatment; ensure our practices continue to align to our company’s core values
  • Any other responsibilities in employee relations as assigned by your superior or manager.


Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in investigations, performance management and conflict resolutions.
  • Regional ER experience supporting, Singapore, China, Japan, India or Australia highly preferred
  • Strong issue resolution skills with ability to negotiate and resolve complex matters after reviewing the facts, while maintaining an objective and fair solutions-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of applicable employment laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience conducting investigations, including interview methods, techniques, and data analysis reporting
  • Ability to gather, analyze and synthesize key insights gleaned from investigation data
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Commitment to fostering and maintaining and environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationship with teammates, employees and managers and maintain constructive working relationship despite disagreement.
  • Exercises sound judgment and critical thinking to make decisions in a manner consistent with company values.
  • Able to be self-directed and able to handle complex concurrent issues with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to process information quickly and concisely provide alternatives, adaptability to changing situations and environment needed for success.
