Draft contracts and policies to determine the state of employee relations and lead initiatives in improving morale, efficiency and overall work performance
Manage employee grievances as needed by investigating circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to contract policies and completion of resolution procedures
Develop and present informational briefings for management to improve understanding of labor relations and promote improved contract and management solutions
Assist management during crisis situations to facilitate effective negotiations and resolve issues quickly
Build positive working environment through efficient communication, address worker grievances and substantiate employee compliance
Coordinate with other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and management

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory work experience in the same or a similar position.
Worked previously in the BPO-IT business, a Korean Online Teaching Call Center, or a foreign-owned company.
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in different facets of HR, as well as the statutory benefits and Philippine Labor Law
Pro-active, detail-oriented, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced office setting
Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded and can accept constructive criticism
Administrative experience with some PEZA background is preferred but not required
Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City
