Job Description


Our global employer branding team is growing in a dynamic and challenging context with the need to recruit more than 12 000 new employees and to deliver an 80 bn eur backlog over the coming years. This is a truly exciting moment for our team as we are launching a renewed global strategy, refreshing our global employee value proposition, putting in place a variety of best in class digital marketing tools to roll-out our strategic objectives and help us drive global initiatives.

You will be a pioneer in this newly created role in the organization, and you will be part of the central employer branding team in charge of deploying our global strategy in your region, driving our mission to transform Alstom\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand into a well-recognized global brand with its unique employee value proposition, building a broad community of brand ambassadors across the world and a strong reputation of a great place to work.

More specifically, your mission will include :

  • Adapting and bringing the global employer branding strategy to our Asia Pacific region, while establishing, designing and executing local go-to-market strategies and tactics
  • Building firm grounds for Alstom to become an employer of choice with a strong and recognizable employee value proposition and employer brand perception
  • Designing and driving recruitment marketing and branding campaigns and supporting region talent acquisition teams in strong collaboration with Communications
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns against key measures of success, building into future strategies and recommendations
  • Bringing-in new and disruptive ways of attracting talent, employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques
  • Operationalizing and driving employer brand initiatives, identifying key candidate target groups, digital marketing, social media, and all elements of EB and recruitment marketing

It would be a major advantage if you have the following skills and requirements for this role:

  • Talent acquisition or HR background and you understand general recruitment processes and the ways how employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.
  • Experience in recruitment or digital marketing, employer branding and communication campaigns (design, planning and execution, including measurement & KPIs)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship building or influencer capabilities
  • Creative thinking and capacity to think out of the box, bring new and disruptive ideas
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Copywriting and design (Canva, Photoshop, other)
  • Capacity to deal with complexity in a global international organization
  • Project management
