Our global team of experts are constantly developing creative approach to design and curate contents of international standards The Opportunity You will be the trusted advisor to build the net, create, implement and engage with Talent Acquisition, comms, marketing and commercial business teams on our employer branding strategy, EVP, engagement and communications initiatives. This role offers an excellent growth opportunity that combines creating and driving diverse projects, in a highly dynamic organization covering varying scopes - global, regional, and local, among diverse cultures and functions. You will:

  • Focus on working with senior stakeholders on defining the Employer branding strategy, and lead projects around it.
  • Create a strong employee value proposition to help define LingoAce Employer Brand.
  • Spearhead various employer branding projects to strengthen LingoAce talent attraction capabilities and develop and manage recruitment marketing strategy for recruiting with a specific focus on career site, various recruitment channels and recruitment events.
  • Apply best practices and approaches from brand marketing, digital media and communications to the build-up of LingoAce employer brand.
  • Promote and communicate the employer value proposition through various online and offline platforms.
  • Shape candidates’ engagement and champion the cultural values for the organization across different touchpoints.
  • Initiate, support, and manage regional events, including but not limited to townhalls, brown bag sessions and recruitment events.
  • Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition team to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships, internal referral program) are available to attract the best talent.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.
  • Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programme.
  • Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.
  • Define and develop matrixes to monitor the performance of Employer Branding activities
  • A flair in creative content creation as you will be leading the production of EB collaterals and campaign creatives to support EB activities for LingoAce.
Requirements Qualification
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment and human resource running employer branding initiatives
  • Well versed in using LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc with good understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wechat, Telegram, Line etc.
  • Has experience with using social publishing, management and analytic tools such as Hootsuite, HubSpot or Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of creatives/ content creation is preferred
Competency
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and collaboratively about all elements of communications work
  • Excellent understanding of visual skills, such as video editing, photography, graphic design, motion design, and Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
  • Relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to manage by influence
  • Passionate about telling stories that will inspire and engage our future employees
  • You are a self-starter and proactive person with a positive attitude; you get things done
  • Basic understanding of the tech landscape including job market and culture
  • Agile and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced working environment and always ready to tackle the next challenge
