Location/Division Specific Information Discover Impactful Work: The Secure Business Enablement Lead APAC coordinates collaborative and cross-functional teams to promote and facilitate cybersecurity and technology awareness initiatives to enable a secure and resilient culture among Thermo Fisher colleagues. This role is accountable for developing key relationships throughout the business to think beyond the boundaries of traditional learning and communication paths to effectively motivate colleagues in partnership with the broader Secure Cultural Enablement (SCE) function and Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS) organization. A day in the Life:

• Develop and manage relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural customers specific to awareness and education.
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze and understand cross-cultural behavioral trends, interpret data and trends, and provide recommendations on education and awareness strategies.
• Drive and supervise day-to-day progress of cybersecurity and technology initiatives, resolve project team issues, and facilitate decision making.
• Drive engagement and participation in key security and technology awareness programs, including the Security & Technology Ambassador program, Behavioral Education & Coaching program, and support business needs as a subject matter authority.

Keys to Success:

• Develop key cross-functional partnerships to drive awareness efforts at the global, regional and local levels.
• Partner with leadership to find opportunities and advise how to minimize security risks through CIS program initiatives.
• Partner closely with SCE teams to initiate, promote and implement key training, exercises, and events.

Education

• BA/BS in Education, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or the equivalent

Experience

• Communications, marketing, user experience/human factors, and/or behavioral sciences
• Supporting cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated communications/projects iteratively with multiple dependencies and constraints
• Communication and social media platforms, including PowerPoint and Yammer

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strategic problem solver; ability to communicate sophisticated topics so audience can understand in alignment with regional cultural principles associated with international business
• Foundational understanding of security-related threats and risks, as well as practices and capabilities to address them
• Analyze statistical data, identify key insights and develop practical plans
• Establish relationships and communicate at all levels of the company, from individual contributors to executives
• Outstanding presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
