End-User Computing Engineer / EUC Engineer / Mobile Application Management (MAM) / VMWare Workspace / Changi * Salary: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,200 * Working day: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) * End-User Computing Engineer / EUC Engineer / Mobile Application Management (MAM) / VMWare Workspace / Changi Salary: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,200 Working day: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Working location: Changi (discuss during interview) Job Responsibilities Install, manage, and support Windows Operating Systems and Mobile device management Package software with administrative rights Manage Application deployment on PC and Mobile devices Resolve all Incidents in a timely manner, according to the appropriate incident Severity Level defined Coordinate with Service Desk and provide level 2 and level 3 support to Service desk and Users Desktop support and mobile device troubleshooting for applications Assisted in troubleshoot PCs via remote session that have issue been reported on Ticketing system Remote control, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, network access protection and hardware and software inventory functionality of company assets including VDI machines Mobile Device Management (MDM) for configuring, securing and enforcing policies on smartphones, tablets and Windows 10 PCs Mobile Application Management (MAM) for deploying, securing and enforcing policies on smartphone and tablet apps Manage Anti-malware, intrusion prevention and firewall features for server and desktop computers. Modify security policies. Apply firewall policies that block or allow network traffic Manage the Adobe Creative Cloud entitlements across the organization. Assign licenses to users and groups Download pre-configured packages or create them for desktop apps View, create, and download license assignment reports and track changes made in the Admin Consol Requirements: Possess exposure to VMWare Workspace One tool is preferably At least 1 year relevant experience is preferably
