About the role

The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge and experiences of End User Computing. You will need to lead the End User Computing team, optimize processes and target high first call resolution and follow ups. You will also contribute to the team in driving simplification and optimization of IT Service Management processes and help improve key areas such as Access/Asset, Incident/Problem, and Financial Management or any related to EUC. You must be passionate about changes and is a servant leader who is able to motivate your team by deploying effective chance management techniques. You must be an excellent communicator being comfortable to communicate effectively to all levels and types of employees. The successful candidate will drive changes, directly lead a team of 6-8 staff and manage the vendors/partners to achieve target outcome. You will need to work closely across multiple teams in Digital Office, establish trust and collaborate with partners and vendors. This is an individual contributor position who reports to the GM directly and is part of M1 Digital Office.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the EUC team to deliver agreed standards
  • Ensure incidents and requests are met and delivered within SLAs
  • Identify, propose, present and implement improvement in all areas of EUC
  • Design and deliver on projects and tasks assigned to EUC
  • Creation of essential documentation, user guides and videos related to EUC topics
Job requirements:
  • Proactive and Outcome driven
  • Being self-motivated, independent and resilient is a plus
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve, transform and drive changes
  • Proven experience in managing an EUC Department
  • Sound technical experience in EUC technologies (Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, VDI and more)
  • Practical experiences with leadership qualities to professionalize EUC
  • Practical experiences in managing system integrators and partners for top performance
  • Minimum 6 years in EUC or IT Service Management in medium or large organization with cross functional teams
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent)
  • Experience within Telecommunication industry and ITIL / PMP Certification is a plus
