Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control
- Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program and Tool/Gauge plan with Simens NX
- Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment
- Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers\' feedback
- Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion
- Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes
- Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs
- Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX)
- Degree or Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in an Engineering discipline
- Good team player with interpersonal skills
- Competent in Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM applications (selected candidates will be tested for competency)
- Competent in GD&T
- Competent in SAP
- Competent in Lean Manufacturing
- Competent in MS office applications
- Competent in NX post (selected candidates will be tested for competency)
- Competent in PFMEA
