As an engagement manager focusing predominantly on the Life & Health Insurance domain, you will be part of a crucial business innovation unit within our in-house consultancy at Allianz Group. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop capabilities and branding for Allianz Consulting for APAC Region in Life Insurance domain focused on areas such as Sales & Distribution (Agency, B2B2C Partnerships etc)/Business Transformation, and Health Insurance domain focused on areas such as Health ecosystems (Value Added Services, Network Management & TPA)/ Business Transformation Build long-term client relationships and help uncover future business opportunities and ways of solving their needs Lead business development and client pitches together with the Managing Partner or Hub Lead Contribute to the achievement of all targets and results by achieving collectively agreed team revenue, cost, and profit KPIs Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for the client relationship, the quality of the deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached, while acting on behalf of or as recommended by the Partner or Hub Lead Lead the project team towards the successful achievement of all set targets while coaching and mentoring them and supporting their development keep a healthy employee rotation Manage communications and project timelines, anticipating obstacles and solutions Key Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree, MBA, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 10 years of experience in operational business or management consulting in Life Insurance Domain focused on areas such as Sales & Distribution (Agency, B2B2C Partnerships etc)/Business Transformation, or Health Insurance Domain focusing on Health ecosystems (Value Added Services, Network Management & TPA) / Business Transformation Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language would be an advantage Experience in business development and establishing branding through capability building Experience in project and program management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout Mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels especially the C Level An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team and drive to train and help others grow Knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
