PURPOSE AND SCOPE To provide a quality Facility infrastructure in all Sembcorp\xe2\x80\x99s facilities located on Jurong Island and also at Changi NEWater plant. Ensure healthy and safe work environment, comfort with appropriate levels of quality in a cost effective manner, in compliance to local regulations with best practices.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Reports directly to the Facility Manager, Jurong Island. Working very closely with each plant O&M head. 2.Strategically located at SAKRA Cogen. But actively embedded in all plants. 3.Quality preventative and predictive maintenance practices to be consistently managed and effectively executed. 4.Manage and coordinate with maintenance team and support specialized contractors, located in each plant. 5.Execute all assigned work types and deliver in a timely manner. 6.Constantly deliver against an agreed set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI\xe2\x80\x99s). 7.Planning and scheduling of work. Fully utilizing the CMMS (SAP), documenting all work for historical record referencing and auditing purposes. 8.Ensure all practices are in accordance to site HSSE (Health, Safety and Environment) guidelines and best practices. 9.Contribute to a healthy work environment in all offices and workspaces. 10.Key proactive member of the Sembcorp facility management team. 11.Other areas, structure and infrastructure as deemed necessary.
MAJOR CHALLENGES 1.Timely resolution of technical issues to rectily all defect arrised under facility management to recover and return normal operations 2.Identify root cause of issues, implement the solution and ensure no recurrence of the issues 3.Maintenance and Improvement of facilities related works to high level standard.
KEY DECISIONS & DIMENSIONS 1.Routine maintenance, CM and PM jobs 2.Troubleshooting facilities equipment problems. 3.Prepare daily updates on Maintenance activities for the day 4.Facility related project management as required for building and renovation works. 5.Upkeep and repair for site ground, road, car parking, shelters and open area
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1.Ideally a degree/diploma qualified Facility Engineer/Executor, with minimum 3 years industrial working experienced. 2.Proven track record in the Facility Management environment, with project and technical related experience
