Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acquire business understanding of data centre operations
- Understand element of data centre infrastructure (eg. Mechanical, Electrical and Network Infrastructure)
- Experience handling of site incidents and processes
- Conduct basic troubleshooting
- Operate and maintain all mission-critical infrastructure of the data centre
- Manage service delivery for clients\xe2\x80\x99 technical needs
- Management of external vendors to fix mechanical and electrical equipment
- Participate and contribute to operation meetings and discussions
- Collate facilities statistics and into report and make presentation to stakeholders
- Manage difficult stakeholders and situations`
JOB REQUIREMENTS
`- Plan and support in scheduled maintenance exercise
- Planning of major shutdowns in data centres (annual exercise)
- Continuous improvement: Develop ideas on improving operational efficiency
