JOB DESCRIPTION

Operate and maintain all mission-critical infrastructure of the data centre
Provide service delivery for clients\xe2\x80\x99 technical needs
Review and handle site incidents
Support the Site Manager in the management, operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment / services and building management functions
Supervise the shift team to ensure the daily tasks are carried out
Supervise the outsourced facilities management service vendor to ensure full compliance to the contract scope and expectations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in mission-critical building and data centre facilities
Possess analytical, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
Able to perform alternate 12-hour shift (9am to 9pm, 9pm to 9am)
