Job Description
Successful candidate will pursue a PhD research project with NTU under the IPP program on a research subject pertaining to emerging non volatile memory application in AIoT. Project work involves fabrication, characterization and theoretical modelling of the innovative integation of the memory device.
Required Qualifications
- Education/Experience : A recognised first degree qualification
