Job Description

Responsibilities: Tester installation/de-installation, configuration, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Implement continuous improvement projects to prolong tester lifespan, improve MTBF and MTTR. Support operations on daily tester related failures and device failures. Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance, system configurations and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes. Provide assistance and conduct job trainings for employees as needed. Act as primary contact for equipment performance related questions and concerns. Works with planning team in optimizing tester utilization.o Develop and sustain tester projects to improve line productivity, efficiency and cost reduction schemes.o Collaborate with OEM Field Service Engineer to perform extensive and complex repairs of existing equipment for production use.o Training and supervising staffs on all related machine operation.Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 year-experience in a semiconductor final test manufacturing environment. With good technical and analytical skills and ability to work independently and with good initiative to overcome challenges.
