What the role is:The incumbent\'s job responsibilities include but are not limited to:What you will be working on:
Lead a shift team to monitor and control (via a computerised system) network transmission and conveyance operations to ensure continuous water supply to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Forecast and estimate daily water demand for Singapore. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan for waterworks\' and desalination plants\' load dispatch to meet target Service Reservoir (SR) stock stipulated by Joint Operations Centre (JOC). \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to water quality and security incidents in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). \xe2\x80\xa2 Report equipment faults to maintenance team and coordinate operations to ensure undisrupted water supply during maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with internal stakeholders during planned network operations and provide timely updates to supervisors and management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and perform tests for critical equipment (e.g. valves and pumps). \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile and generate daily water demand and water quality reports for circulation to internal stakeholders and management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and perform data analytics for water demand and network pressure for transmission and conveyance operation optimisation.
