Team Intro
We are the messaging team on TikTok. Our team\'s mission is to facilitate meaningful user connections through TikTok\'s messaging experience, which is still in its infancy. We achieve our mission by building and shipping tools that help our users more easily connect and share the things they care about.
We are looking for passionate mobile software engineers to join us and help contribute to our aim of helping users explore and discover the world\'s creativity, knowledge and moments that matter in every day life, all while empowering everyone to be a creator directly from their smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a full-stack technical team in the field of social function to explore and implement diversified social solutions with PM team to achieve annual targets
• Collaborate with business teams and use unique features of various countries & regions to deliver a distinctive TikTok social solution such as messaging...
• Develop comprehensive technical solutions for multiple terminals to reduce overall technical investment, be responsible for technical development layout, and help solve complex technical problems
• Responsible for technical team management, worldwide team development, and team member cultivation.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Using at least one programming languages: C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Go or Python
• Working on technology systems related to large-scale consumer products (content/game/e-commerce/social, etc.)
• Leading technical backend and frontend teams to develop large-scale distributed technical system architectures
