Job PurposeThe Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT's graduate programme which will provide a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference in corporate functions as management leaders.Your journey begins with a one-month foundation programme, followed by structured development, specialised training and varied opportunities leading to professional accreditation. Your development will be further enhanced through our comprehensive 'Triple E' Development Framework - (1) Education, (2) Exposure, and (3) Experience, designed to nurture and develop capable and talent individuals for future leadership positions in the company.ResponsibilitiesOperations Performance Analytics

• Review, analyse and interpret business data and information
• Perform analysis of data and present findings to draw new insights for business growth and competitiveness
• Propose optimal solutions for gaps identified by examining operations and procedures and simulate new scenarios
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and analyse findings for business decisions
• Contribute and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs

Competitive Analytics

• Identify and collect appropriate customers, competitor, market, data from publicly available sources to better understand our competitors
• Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports, presentations, dashboards
• Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementation

Qualifications & Work ExperienceWe are looking for fresh graduates:

• Possess a degree in Business/Business Management, Finance, or Economics
• Possess leadership ability, a passion to serve and make a difference
• Thirst for challenges and new experiences
• Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Strong team player with effective communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels, including working closely with cross functional teams
