Job Purpose

The Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT\'s graduate programme which will provide a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference in corporate functions as management leaders.

Your journey begins with a one-month foundation programme, followed by structured development, specialised training and varied opportunities leading to professional accreditation. Your development will be further enhanced through our comprehensive \'Triple E\' Development Framework - (1) Education, (2) Exposure and (3) Experience, designed to nurture and develop capable and talented individuals for future leadership positions in the company.

Responsibilities

Support the Group/Line/Centre of Excellence\'s efforts to deliver on daily, short term and long-term objectives and KPIs

Responsible to support and perform corporate services to ensure a safe, reliable and efficient daily operations

Responsible to comply with and exercise safety at all times in accordance with all safety requirements

Responsible to ensure the timely completion of all duties and/or projects, as assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience
