JOB DESCRIPTION:

• He/She oversees the standard and efficient day-to-day operations of all facilities and electro-mechanical equipment
• Ensures timely completion of all engineering projects and supports tenants’ utility requirements
  With constant coordination with the construction group engineers for the inspection, audit and punch listing of the project. Once the project has been awarded to business operations conditional turn-over will transpire provided that all noted punchlists will be compiled with the agreed date
• Facilitates inspection audit of constructing and operational tenants
• Manages all technical & tenant relations assistant by function and administratively through the mall administrator
• Performs other job related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other related course
  Mall Management- Knowledgeable in all facets of mall operations
• With proven track record in handling building/facilities management
• Technical knowledge – Must be knowledgeable in building maintenane, equipment and Facilities management
• Competencies – Building and tenant management
• Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
• Prerequisites – Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays and must be willing to do fieldworks
• License Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is required
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the same field
• Preferably 5 years specializing in handling Mall/Building facilities management in a Managerial capacity
• Excellent communication both written and oral skills
• Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional Manner
• Well Developed leadership and decision making skills
• Reports and Presentation management
• People Management and Highly Organized
• Highly proficient in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT) and other
• Engineering application tools
• Standard office equipment
• English and Filipino
