Job Description
OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Unit FCC 3A-2 3F Facilities Centre Building, 548 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City 1550Requirements and Skills:
- With more than 10 years as an Operational or Supply Chain Manager and managerial exposure
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software and databases preferably with any ERP software background
- Expertise in MS Office Power point and Advance Excel.
- Expertise in supply chain management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing & logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines (GWP)
- Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Excellent Team Leadership skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Any Business or Engineering course, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- 40,000 - 60,000 per month
- Work Schedule - 5 days a week
- at least can drive a sedan
- 8 hour shift
- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Operational or Supply Chain Manager and managerial exposure: 10 years (Preferred)
