• Own the development and refinement of the Software Engineering Agile and DevSecOps policies and practices, to ensure multiple product teams and IT Ops team work in a consistent way.
• Regularly review our existing Agile software development practices and recommends enhancements, if needed.
• Own the JIRA and Confluence platform (and the established process templates).
• Engage with and coach multiple Product teams (especially the Scrum Masters) to advance our Agile journey.
• Measure the Agile methodology adoption within the organisation and provide guidance to the team or individuals when needed.
• Coordinate with Product teams and IT Ops on adoption, governance and measurement of consistent DevSecOps practices across the teams. The Product Team and IT Ops own the DevSecOps processes. This role is expected to facilitate and ensure that the teams follow the defined policies and best practices in a consistent way.
• Coordinate with Product teams and IT Ops on implementation of consistent security best practices across our products. This role is expected to help the teams in planning and managing the IT security roadmap and implementations.
• Actively cultivate Agile and DevSecOps mindset and culture within the organisation.
• Facilitate Community of Practices within the organisation.
• Follow up with Engineering and IT Ops team for all technical design documentations.

Qualifications

• Any certification in Agile methodology, Cybersecurity or DevOps will be preferred. However, equivalent work experience will be considered as well.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in planning and governing Agile software development and/or DevSecOps implementation.
• Ability to present complex information in a concise manner in written/spoken English
• Well structured in planning and able to closely keep track of the work items to completion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management and cross functional teams.
• Good understanding of various technology stacks, such as .Net, ReactJS, AWS, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Good exposure to different software development frameworks and cultures.
• Good attitude and team work.
