Job Responsibilities:
1. POS Warehouse and Repair Workshop
Manage CMMS system work orders (withdraws/installed/replacement/repair/event) on a daily basis
Ensure chillers are checked before issuing
Issue gatepass prior to delivery of POS equipment out of workshop
Monitor repairs status of equipment from contractor at repair workshop
Provide repair status report on a alternate day basis
Scan and upload data for withdrawn and replaced POS equipment on a daily basis
Check and tally asset number, serial number and verify if scanned record has been captured in system
Perform necessary transfer of asset transaction in CMMS and close work orders upon completion
Assisting Superintendent in matter from management of POS warehouse and workshop
Final checks and QC inspection of machine preparation before deployment
Fault trend analysis for repeated and setting up SOP to reduce breakdown time
2. Safety and forklift
Conduct daily toolbox briefing
Ensure good housekeeping within the workspace
Ensure compliance of food safety and hygiene
Member of safety committee
Ensure timely servicing and required repairs of forklifts
Safekeep of all service and repair reports by contractors
3. Projects (Shared Services)
Maximize project efficiency and profitability.
Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion.
Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation.
Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel
Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Manage day-to-day operations of the project team, plan and deploy available resources effectively to ensure the projects are running smoothly on time.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Job Requirements:
Min 3 years of relevant work experience
Experience in maintenance/repair/warehouse and workshop
Knowledge in android and vending machines is advantageous
