s: * Assist to review standards according to operating procedures and provide support in preparing operational reports to the Management * Promote teamwork and quality service wit s: Assist to review standards according to operating procedures and provide support in preparing operational reports to the Management Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordination with the other departments Coordinate, install and inspect repairs and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all related locations Coordinate renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities Ensure that the preventive maintenance programme is implemented and carried out routinely Respond and resolve technical breakdowns within the assigned shifts Contribute to effective inventory control systems Make recommendations for any adjustments or modifications to improve the system Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that its heating, lighting and ventilation are of good working condition Conduct general maintenance works such as, painting, patching of walls, plumbing facilities, air-conditioning servicing, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations Perform routine preventive maintenance programme Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment Respond and prioritise maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings Perform related tasks as assigned Period: Permanent Location: CBD area Working Hours: Monday - Sunday 5 days' work week 9.5 hour rotating shift, no night shift 12 hour rotating shift, include Night Shift Salary: up to $2,500 Job Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in a supervisory role Attained at least a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or an equivalent vocational qualification Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills Knowledge of machinery maintenance Supervisory skills Passion for coaching and guiding Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): [HIDDEN TEXT] (Reg No: R1107390 ) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
