JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT The Enterprise Customer Technical Leader will lead, coach and develop the FIBI-Asia technical service team and proactively drive regional enterprise customers to execute the bu JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT The Enterprise Customer Technical Leader will lead, coach and develop the FIBI-Asia technical service team and proactively drive regional enterprise customers to execute the business plan to meet our business goals, as well as provide full support to global enterprise customers, through technical projects, general R&D efforts, innovation and robust relationships with key decisions makers in R&D. In this role, you will partner with sales and marketing to identify and execute new business development projects, lead, prioritize, and report on the portfolio of new business development projects and drive process improvements and the supporting tools and metrics so as to effectively serve the customer and improve partnership with the identified GTM customers. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide input and guidance to develop and execute the high level customer development plan, anticipate and translate customer needs into clear and concise specifications, identify opportunities across all Cargill businesses and grow incremental contribution margin with ECL to meet the agreed targets. Handle technical budget and metrics and report to stakeholders monthly. Develop strong customer relationships with the identified GTM customer using actions that will lead to further growth and improved partnership with these customers. Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders across Asia on customer segmentation and satisfaction, account planning and the use of related sales applications. Lead the application center and ensure a safe working environment, food safety compliance and the resource management budget. Coordinate applications development work and ensure that all projects requiring new ingredients and new application technologies (some level 1A, 1, 2 & 3 projects) are appropriately staffed. Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs. Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of six years of related work experience Other minimum qualifications may apply PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 10 years of experience in food ingredient technical services, 5 years work experience in a technical management role and 5 years technical role handling MNCs Expertise in starches or hydrocolloids Proven highly skilled as a questioner, listener of customers Proven Project / process management skills Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise Experience leading a technical team with staff from multiple locations and disciplines
