What you will do

We are seeking a highly motivated and influential sales leader to expand and accelerate our customer base in the Identity and Security portfolio within Singapore. This is a great opportunity for seasoned sales professional who has past success of a proven track record of selling software and have progressed into sales leadership. If you had been in team lead/mentor capacity, we are also open to exploring your potential to lead a team. As the sales leader, you will not only contribute to our exponential business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of the CyberArk family, but also be able to inspire and develop others within your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hire, train, and mentor new and existing Account Executives
  • Manage and motivate direct team by correlating performance expectations to business goals - including guiding account planning, proposal development, consistent performance feedback, etc.
  • Develop effective strategies and plans to ensure requisite level of productivity are achieved to reach team and individual sales goals
  • Build a network of customer executive relationships (independently and along other team members) to grow programs leading to expansion opportunities and execute customer negotiations accordingly
  • Enable the sales team the ability to leverage CyberArk\'s portfolio of products and services to change the playing field against our competition
  • Be directly involved and influential in top opportunities, focusing sales efforts on large key accounts within the team
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in computer science/IT
  • 10+ years of software sales experience in either enterprise or public sector in Singapore
  • 2+ years of experience in sales management / leadership
  • Familiar and experienced in selling subscription & cloud business
  • Security experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to accurately forecast up on behalf of the team and consistent achievement of defined sales quota
  • Solid foundation in pipeline development and strategic planning, account management
  • Having strong customer centricity and success-oriented sales mentality
  • Organised, efficient and able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellence - experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills
