Enterprise Risk Management Intern (Oct 2023 - Mar 2024)

1. Risk reporting support:

• Assist to consolidate risk register for updating of risk report and dashboard
• Assist to coordinate with BUs to track and monitor the additional action plans and remediation actions of BUs, and consolidate the status for risk reporting.
• Assist to coordinate with BUs for the closure of follow-up actions for red-flags.
• Assist to conduct risk trends, data reconciliation and analytics for risk reporting

2. Digitalization of ERM systems support:

• Support development of digitalization project which includes input of design verification, backend data clean support, data reconciliation, user acceptance test and change management
• Assist coordination for the projects

3. Other ad-hoc duties to support the ERM pogrammes

Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Degree in Business or related fields

• Good Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage time well preferred
• Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 6 months for the internship. Immediate starters preferred.
