Job Description

Our client is a stable, well-known Real Estate management organisation. They are looking for someone experienced Enterprise or Operational Risk Management to evaluate, maintain and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organisation.

Description

Reporting to the Team Lead, key responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting the team in developing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring the ERM framework for Group
• Working with business units in striking a balanced approach between business growth and risk management
• Supporting the business units in understanding how to identify risks and conduct risk assessments in their scope of work
• Conducting risk assessments, documenting and regularly reviewing risks of all types across the organisation
• Supporting the team with the production of regular risk reports highlighting key enterprise risks
• Supporting the delivery of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and providing analysis and reporting to senior management, Audit & Risk Committees, and the Board of Directors
• Supporting the implementation of Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) and risk management training, develop training content that is dynamic and relevant to the ever-changing risk environment

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in enterprise/operational risk in the real estate or asset management industry
• Candidates with additional experience in technology or cybersecurity risk management would have an advantage
